A true-crime writer becomes a target in the neo-noir thriller Restitution (2011). Alex Forrester (Mark Bierlein) attracts a lot of attention when he shows up in a picturesque lakeside town. Alex is investigating the case of Bryan Spikes, an insurance fraud investigator who supposedly murdered three people in a psychotic episode before being killed himself. But as Alex digs deeper, he becomes convinced that Bryan was not a lone psycho, but the victim of a shadowy conspiracy. As the case continues to unravel, Alex's friendly former sharpshooter neighbor Tom (Tom Arnold) and Bryan’s ex-girlfriend Heather (Mena Suvari), with whom Alex has become skintimate, both become suspects.

Mena Suvari is good enough to eat when she rides a guy, boobs practically falling out of her bra, 10 minutes in. She also appears in a skimpy white bikini 1 hour, 31 minutes in, but she never quite gets nude. We demand breastitution!
