Arthouse provocateur Larry Clark has finally made a movie so shocking that it dwarfs the outrageousness of his previous efforts Kids (1995), Teenage Caveman (2001), and Bully (2002). What, precisely, is so shocking about his Hispanic-skater-punks-gone-wild epic Wassup Rockers (2005)? The fact that there's no nudity in it, that's what. The Rockers of the title take a detour through Beverly Hills en route to their homes in South Central L.A., stirring up trouble and igniting the local little rich princesses along the way but unfortunately never inciting them to drop their duds.
