Busty beauties excel at a toddler’s game in the naughty 1950s curio Peek-a-Boo (1953). Directed by Lillian Hunt––whose esteemed contributions to cinema include B-Girl Rhapsody (1950) and Strip Strip Hooray (1950)––the kinky feature is essentially a documentary record of a burlesque show boasting female strippers and male funnymen. There’s a lot of hamming around to sit through, but fortunately it’s interspersed with scenes of Venus, Virginia Valentine, and Sherry Winters teasing viewers by seductively shedding their gauzy layers.
