Bubble, bubble . . . there’ll be toil and trouble in viewers' cauldrons after spending some time with the bewitching bitches of Little Witches (1996). The girls want to seduce the locals, and somehow the window striptease isn’t enough to get them to rise to the occasion, so black magic is pursued and things get devilishly delicious.
