Italians are known for their gritty crime dramas, and The Last Round (1976) is one of the most sordid. The story of two warring crime families and the ambitious gangster in between the two is like a spaghetti western only saucier thanks to the addition of Leonora Fani. Leonora doesn’t show her Fani, but she does reveal everything else in a gangbang that will make audiences want to cover their eyes . . . even as they strangle their love gun.
