Surf's up in When Strangers Appear (2001)--that is a gang of bloodthirsty surfers. Barry Watson comes running into a small town and hits up Radha Mitchell for help from the wave riders that are hot on his trail. Why he doesn't come in Radha, who has the hottest tail in this tale, is beyond comprehension. But then the beach boys arrive, and they're looking for a missing data disc. They'll want to find it, too, as Radha is hiding it where the sun don't shine--but it sure brightens up anyone who gets to go there. While she gets felt up, Radha's ha-has never get to part from their tight sweater home. That's a shame, because when strangers appear it's polite to give them at least a brief flash.
