The postpubescent, slightly incorrigible, and precociously delightful heroine of Delinquent Girl Boss: Worthless to Confess (1971) has mastered rudimentary extortion and advanced vengeance during her girl-jail matriculation, with minors in sultry exercises of personal hygiene, conducted in both shower and bath. Cleanliness is next to a virtue more homicidal than godliness, as this soiled waif finds herself caught between the battling factions of a Yakuza turf war and her loyalty to a classmate’s ancient and ailing father.
