In the light melodrama Les Nanas (1985), three women compete for the attention of the same man. One, a salesperson, believes that she has the perfect relationship, until she learns that her lover has been stepping out with a local book dealer, who happens to be her mortal enemy. When an actress gets in on the mix, things really heat up. The women eventually all meet and become friends, proving once and for all that they really are better than men. Marie-France Pisier shows off a perky pair of plums as she reclines in a tanning booth.
