Timoteo (Sergio Castellitto), the hero of Don't Move (2004), is a concerned dad who distracts himself from his daughter's brain surgery by reminiscing about Italia, a former flame played by superlatively sensual Spanish siren Penélope Cruz. Unlike the upper-crusty Timoteo, Italia is a woman of impoverished means, but she enriches her lover's life in ways upon which no value can be placed--and not the least of them go down in the bedroom. Complications ensue when both Italia and Timoteo's wife become pregnant.
