Babae sa Breakwater (2004) is the heart wrenching and haunting story of the people who live along the breakwater outside the city of Manila. These are the poorest of the poor, living in the most desperate situations. Into this environment come Basilio and his brother, two young men trying to escape from their troubled pasts. Hooking up with some of the locals and doing their best to survive, they run afoul of the local cop, who treats the breakwater like his own personal fiefdom. Katherine Luna gets her hefty hooters painted before being dildoized by a complete psychotic.
