Grayeagle (1978) is a revisionist Western, and that genre could use a second look. For instance, why are the Indians always the bad guys? Hell, if cowgirls wore loincloths and little else they'd be turning more than viewers' tumbleweeds. Well, Indians get a second look in this tale of the kidnapping of a white piece of tail played by Lana Wood. Turns out Lana may actually have some red skin in her, though it's hard to tell when she's bathing naked, her bare skin as white as fresh snow. But when the big chief sees her, he sure wants to put his red skin in her! Lana ends up supporting her kidnappers, and with those massive mams of hers she's likely to nurse the whole tribe to a healthy disregard for the invading white man. Imagine how they'd respond if she flashed her gray (spread) eagle?
