Italian sex comedies have many themes, but all involve sex and comedy, which are in ample supply in Gegè Bellavita (1978). The story appears to be about a lover so well endowed that his conquests literally faint at the sight of his member, as does a nude sunbathing Maria Pia Conte when it's unzipped for her. And judging from the moans of approval by Lina Polito, it works even better when out of its cage.
