Female fighters on retainer for a feudal lord temper their sex with violence in the softcore samurai flick Ninja Women - A Rule of a Seal (2001). Enigmatically named for primary colors, Blue Ninja (Mai Goto), Red Ninja (Aiko Kawamura), and Yellow Ninja (Miho Mochizuki) don’t hesitate to pummel the opposition when called upon by their master. On the other hand, they spend an awful lot of time luxuriating with local men in scenes that feature more than a few discarded kimonos. And fortunately there’s nothing in the samurai code that forbids Sapphic pleasure seeking.
