An outrageous slice of Hong Kong exploitation, Raped by an Angel 4: The Raper's Union (1999) chronicles the misadventures of an HIV-positive predator who drags women to his basement torture chamber. Daniel (Ben Ng Ngai-cheung) is as ruthless and psychopathic as they come, and he maintains a particular fetish for lactating women. His roaming eye settles on a romance-novelist neighbor (Suki Kwan) and her movie-star pal (Ankle Leung), and he makes a point of trying to coax them back to his den. There’s a surprising paucity of skin for such a depraved plot, but Leung does her best to up the quotient by letting her hooters hang free on three occasions.
