Even as far back as during the production of That Man Bolt (1973), the innocent black man was being unfairly locked up. Suave and fatally skilled Jefferson Bolt is stewing in a Macao jail with nothing better to do than fine hone his martial arts prowess when "the man" arrives with a proposition. They’ll spring the righteous brother, and all bogus charges will be forgiven, but on one condition. The super dude is needed to transport one simple, nondescript briefcase from Hong Kong to Mexico City. Naturally, the establishment powers-that-be fail to impart certain crucial pieces of information, and what’s an honest African American male to do but kill a few jive hijackers, take detours to Los Angeles and Vegas, bag some chicks, and enlist a who’s who list of 1970s karate champs to take names and whup nemesis ass.
