Amore nero (2011)

An abused woman decides to take matters into her own hands in the Italian drama Amore Nero (Black Love) (2011). Laura (Michelle Hunziker) is trapped in a living nightmare where her husband emotionally and physically abuses her. Laura's mother (Imma Piro), herself a victim of domestic violence, believes that she should stand by her man, but when her husband's temper reaches a fever pitch, Laura and her mother decide it's time to end the abuse once and for all. Mr. Skin in no way advocates domestic violence, but he does support self-abuse like the type that's sure to be inspired by Michelle's mamtastic shower montage. If you can ignore the fact that she's crying the whole time, anyway...
