American Anthem (1986)

So there’s this guy named Steve in the very 80s movie American Anthem (1986), and his deal is that he’s a gymnast who has to give up his dream temporarily to work in his dad’s bike shop. Tough break, bro. At his old gym, a girl named Julie starts coming to train with this renowned coach, and her being hot and practicing all the time gives Steve the itch to get back into training. Both of them have a bunch of other first world problems going on while they train together and prepare for the Olympic trials. Janet Jones plays Julie, and if you have a fixation for sexy gymnastic spandex, it might be worth it to skim through this movie. She has some pretty bonerific moments when she’s out flipping around on the mats in her tight attire. They just don’t make many movies like this anymore, and probably for good reason!
