A Murder of Crows (1998)

Cuba Gooding Jr. has writer's block in A Murder of Crows (1999), so he gets a drinking buddy. His pal has a real bestseller in the can but dies before he can publish it, which gives Gooding a good idea. Like any lazy writer he decides to take his dead pal's tome and call it his own. Only after the book hits the bestseller lists and he starts raking in the cash, the local police notice that the murders in the book are eerily similar to some unsolved killings. That's enough to bust anybody's pencil, only Gooding is too busy sharpening his in Ashley Laurence, with whom he pokes on a staircase. Ashley's apples, complete with nipple ring, are plainly visible; sadly, so is Gooding's gluteus. Nobody kills any birds, but this movie is something to crow about!
