The new issue of Maxim magazine hits the stands tomorrow, and it will bear a list of what the magazine’s editors consider to be the world’s hottest women.

As fans of celebrity nudity know all too well, the hottest actresses are not always the nakedest. However, a preliminary look at the Hot 100 has revealed a slew of Hollywood’s best undressed among their ranks.

In the top ten, there are five bare-bodied beauties. Naked Olivia Wilde, coming in at number one, shows boobs, butt and bush in Alpha Dog. Number four is Swedish sweetheart Malin Akerman, who first got topless in Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle and most recently in Watchmen.

Number six Eliza Dushku finally broke her boob-ban in The Alphabet Killer. Ivy League eyeful and Maxim’s number nine Jordana Brewster’s mammaries matriculated in The Invisible Circus and number ten Jennifer Love Hewitt had some great accidental skin in The Tuxedo.

Chalk it up to wardrobe malfunction, but it seems that when it comes to nudity, Jennifer Loves to Do-itt.

Scarlett Johansson Says She's Not Willing to Heave Her Hooters in Hugh Hefner's Direction

When asked which Hollywood hottie they would most like to get naughty with between the sheets, both men and women seem to have two names on the brain: Angelina Jolie and Scarlett Johansson. The good news is that Angelina Jolie loves getting naked in front of movie cameras, having appeared nude in a lucky thirteen films. Scarlett Johansson, however, isn't as generous, only offering up a brief nip slip in A Good Woman. And it looks like that may be all ever get from the bosomy beauty. Nudography reports:

Scarlett Johansson may top many of Hollywood's sexiest women lists, but she says she would turn down Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner's offer to bare all for the lads mag.

"No, I'm a private person," the actress told Extra. "I'd like to keep everything under wraps, within reason."

Considering extreme cleavage like Scarlett is displaying in the photo above falls under her definition of "under wraps," we'll forgive Scarlett for now. But next week is Christmas, and all Mr Skin really wants under his tree is Scarlett unwrapping her ornaments and pleasing our jingle balls.

Once again. FHM magazine has released its much anticipated list of the sexiest 100 women in the world. Here's who has and hasn't shown skin in the top ten.

1. Megan Fox: Maybe winning the number one position will give Megan the confidence she needs to show off her fox fur. If she wants to be the next Angelina Jolie, she's got a lot of catching up to do. I hope she starts with a fully nude lesbian scene and goes from there.

2. Jessica Alba: We're still holding our breath to see Jessica's jiggly jugglies. What happens to a cream deferred? It explodes (soon, hopefully).

3. Keeley Hazell: I already gave Keeley my Best Breast award this year for her performance in Cashback (2006) and I'm prepared to gush over this British act-chest (both in my pants and on the site) for years to come.

4. Elisha Cuthbert: This Canadian babian has let body doubles do the work for her so far, but I hold out hope that we might yet see Elisha unclothed in the future. 5. Hayden Panettiere: Still no skin from this TV star, but the first director who gets Hayden naked in front of a camera will definitely be my hero!

6. Scarlett Johansson: After a long skin drought, Scarlett finally flashed her right begonia in A Good Woman (2004). That's a title I couldn't agree with more.

7. Cheryl Cole: This British songstress has kept her clothes on, but not out of the tabloids. We're hoping the next time we here of Cheryl getting arrested, it's for lewd behavior in a well-lit studio with lots of cameras present.

8. Hilary Duff: No skin yet from this rising star, but I'm always on the lookout for Duff in the buff!

9. Angelina Jolie: If you have any doubts, check out her nude lesborific love scene in Gia (1998). You won't be sorry but, after repeated viewings, you may be sore.

10. Keira Knightley: Keira's shown boobs and butt on four movies and two TV shows. My favor-tit is The Jacket (2005). I could watch Keira nightly and daily!
