Elegant Elaine Devry (aka Thelma Elaine Mahnken) was born in Compton, long before it became a gangsta’s paradise (however, she did have killer curves). The shapely babe was a beauty queen at her local community college and did some nude modeling for photographer Theda Emerson Hall. Perhaps a savvy suit at Warner Brothers saw those pics since the studio soon signed her up for acting classes. The investment paid off when the built bombshell burst onto the scene in the sci-fi comedy The Atomic Kid (1954) starring Mickey Rooney, who was her hubby with a chubby from 1952 to1958. Guest spots on classic shows, such as Bachelor Father (1959-1960), Death Valley Days (1960), 77 Sunset Strip (1962), Perry Mason (1962-1964), Bonanza (1965), I Dream of Jeannie (1967), and Marcus Welby, M.D. (1971-1975) followed. In between, the hottie could be seen steaming up the big screen in A Guide for the Married Man (1967). The romantic comedy directed by Gene Kelly features Walter Matthau, Inger Stevens, and Elaine’s corset-clad cleavage! Yet, here at Skin Central, we’re partial to the starlet’s part in The Cheyenne Social Club (1971). As Pauline, the pretty performer paraded her barely-covered chest to titillate co-star James Stewart and flesh fans everywhere. Indeed, the see-through negligee she wears in this western leaves little to the imagination since you can clearly make out her bare breasts beneath. Yee haw!
