She began her film career in 1957, but French actress Michèle Mercier (born Jocelyne Yvonne Renée Mercier in Nice) didn't become an international favorite until Shoot the Piano Player in 1960—a classic François Truffaut film that would be memorable even without Michèle’s magnificent breasts being featured in black and white (they’re real, and they’re spectacular). Her topless scene was quite daring for the time, but Michèle was just getting warmed up, as seen when her hot body wowed French audiences in the film Angélique (1964).
