In Hollywood, when something works, wisdom dictates that it will work again. That’s why so many movies today are remakes of yesterday’s hits.

In terms of celebrity nudes, that often works out for the best. For as great as an original movie may be, its remake provides an opportunity to add famous naked actresses.

Great examples of this are Salma Hayek nude in Desperado (a remake of El Mariachi), Anne Heche nude in Psycho, Rene Russo nude in The Thomas Crown Affair, Jessica Lange nude in both King Kong and The Postman Always Rings Twice, and Rebecca De Mornay nude in And God Created Woman.

Remakes allow filmmakers a second chance to get things right. And when those things are famous actresses nude, then that is all right, indeed!
