The term erotica conjures up images of candles, silk sheets, and gentle lighting. But this isn’t softcore! The Sex/Erotica genre has to do with movies and shows dealing specifically with the subject of sex—plotlines (and clothing) optional!

Red Shoe Diaries is possibly the most widely recognized example of mainstream erotica. Centered on a widower who places a personal ad seeking women’s most private fantasies, RSD is the hallmark of cable sex shows, with amazing tits, ass, and even some pussy from the hottest boob-tube stars of the 1990s. Amber Smith, Jacqueline Lovell, Twin Peaks star Sheryl Lee, Kira Reed, and the sizzlingly sexy Joan Severance were just a few of the beauties who got nude for the sultry series.
