Those hills are alive!

Musicals are seen as saccharine and safe, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Though films featuring characters bursting into song seems old-fashioned, many featured characters bursting out of their clothing!

Oh! Calcutta! and hippie production Hair were, of course, the first musicals to feature full-frontal nudity. Hair’s title was appropriate, as the stars stripped down to fluffy 1960s pussy hair! Later, hot redhead Nicole Kidman spiced up Moulin Rouge! with a nice nipple slip as she writhed in skimpy lingerie.
