I dunno--same reason that Kelly MacDonald (who has done previous nudity) used a body double for her nudity in BE? It boggles my mind, too. Why do perfectly beautiful gorgeous sexy hot-bodied women shun nudity after they've done it already? I mean, they've got work--the first and/or subsequent nude scenes did not ruin their careers...

One could also click the blue link "Advanced Search" in the upper right-hand corner of the website, scroll down until you see "AGE/ORIGIN" in bold letters, and then in the blank boxes under "Date of birth," you could type in the month and day, and be presented with EVERY female celebrity born on that specific day, whether they've been naked or not.
