It is a well-documented fact according to multiple sources from the production of Return of the Living Dead that Linnea Quigley wore a patch over her genitals for the later scenes, but WAS NOT wearing the patch for the scene where she stripped and danced nude on the crypt. The patch was always visible even on VHS for the later scenes. The cute story is that she married the male special effect makeup artist whose job it was to apply the genital patch.
If you listen to the audio commentary on a previous DVD release of RotLD they tell all of this. So, look again. You can make out the cleft of her vagina very faintly on DVD so I am looking forward to this on BRD.
