704 Hauser

704 Hauser, the umpteenth spin-off of All in the Family, lasted only a mere six episodes, so it’s tough to say much of anything good (or bad) about the thing, but there were at least two clear assets: one was the dark and lovely Lynnie Godfrey (who hasn’t worked in a thing since this series!), and the other was elfin-eared enchantress Maura Tierney as one half of a racially mixed married couple. Tierney has, of course, moved on to movies such as Liar Liar (1997) and a fairly popular TV series entitled ER. 704 Hauser might not have made much of an impression on TV audiences, but marvelous Maura sure has!
